Are you open all year round?

We are a seasonal resort and opened to our guests Spring through Fall. Dates may slighlty vary from year to year so please call us at 707-928-5227 for exact opening dates.

What is the deposit required?

We require a small $100 deposit for your stay. Though we have always operated on a honor system with our customers, please contact us if you need to cancel your reservation so that we can make other arrangements.

Is there a minium night stay?

The answer varies on your selected dates. Generally we rent our cabins by the week between the months of June and August. Feel free to inquire with our team to find out about dates availabilities either by email at whisperingpinesresort@hotmail.com, our Contact Form or by phone at 707-928-5227.

Do you offer family rates or group rates for mulitple cabin reservations?

We are pleased to offer special weekend rates and special group rates before Memorial Day and after Labor Day.

When are check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is at 2pm on your date of arrival and check-out is by 11am on your departure day.

Is there a camp host?

A member of our family is always available during your stay should you have questions or need assistance.

What are the rules at the resort?

We have been blessed through out the years with wonderful customers who understand and respect basic expecations and are courteous with one another. We have never had to set any strict camp rules but, should there be an issue during your stay, please contact us right away.

Can we reserve a specific cabin or is it first come first served?

Most families who visit us year after year rent the same cabin during the same weeks and have made it a tradition. Saying this, you have the freedom to any cabin you choose based on its availability. Simply call us at (707) 928-5227 for reservations.

Do you offer day use passes?

The resort is for our customers and we do not offer day passes. We work out arrangements if friends or extended family are visiting a family or group staying at the resort. Let us know if you are expecting visitors.

What sorts of free activities do you offer?

These are some of the complimentary activies we offer inside the resort's grounds:

  • Swimming - A large swimming pool and a kids' wading pool
  • Sports - Tennis court and basketball court
  • Leisure - Bocce ball court and horseshoes game
  • Other - Children playground
What is included in the cabin?

Each cabin comes with separate sleeping quarters (blankets, pillows, etc.), a fully equipped kitchen (cookware, dishes, etc.), a bathroom and its own private deck. For additional details on our amenities, please visit this link.
